Case 1: Failing EPDM Commercial Roof – Carbondale, IL – EPDM roof that had parapet walls loosing their adhesion, and leaks had caused tons of moisture under the surface causing decking rot. We replaced the roof with 60mil fully adhered Firestone / Genflex TPO over 2″ insulation.
