Here at Clover Roofing, we do quite a few low slope jobs, especially on residences. Many of these jobs previously had shingles installed on too low of a pitch which is quick to cause issues. Most of the time we install a 60mil TPO or EPDM system, but the idea of seeing a solid roof color is off-putting for some.
Enter Duro-Last’s Rock-Ply and Shingle-Ply. Membrane sheets that have been printed on to look like shingles or a gravel roof. They look great and are backed by an industry leading warranty. You can see below how the seams are hot-air welded together, just like our TPO system. This provides a great seal that doesn’t require an adhered seam that can go bad.
